How does the 30-minute health check-up work?
With the help of an anamnesis sheet, Sabrina or Kai will get to know you and find out more about your sporting and health status quo. Together you will agree on the focus of your session.
What exercises do I need to do?
The two focus on supporting your daily movement dynamics in everyday working life. Do you sit at a desk a lot, for example? Then you could focus on loosening the often tense neck and shoulder muscles. Or does your back sometimes tweak? Then they’ll show you suitable exercises here. Various exercises to maintain your health, mobility and strengthen your muscles are good for you.
They will show you a mix of exercises that you can do both at work and at home.
Do I have to be sporty to take part?
This is absolutely not a basic requirement!
The training is customised to your individual needs. Kai and Sabrina pay attention to your needs and your well-being!
Will I sweat?
Stretching, relaxation or exercises to strengthen the muscles – you can decide the intensity of your session, so a clear “yes/no”.
Do I need sportswear?
Sportswear is not necessary. However, clothing in which you can move easily would be an advantage.
How can I make an appointment?
You can book your session online: https://nvt.eimermacher-gruppe.de/. Under “Healthcare”, first select the trainer of your choice and then a date. The dates can be booked 14 days in advance. All available units will be displayed. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive an appointment confirmation.
